Job Overview

Activities and Responsibilities

●  Participate in the design, porting, layout, layout review, verification, and enhancement of RF and mixed-signal circuits such as PLLs, LC VCOs, RF mixers, RF LNAs, VGAs, Oscillators, LVDS, CML, ADCs/DACs, RF Transceivers, Bias circuits, and related blocks.

●  Work in close cooperation with System Architects, Chip Architects, Digital IC designers and Physical IC Designers, Senior Mixed-Signal Designers and Project Manager to deliver in time and according to required specifications

●  Responsible for the schematic entry, simulation, and verification of relevant analog IC blocks

●  Work independently and methodically on analyzing design, tool, and technology problems, identifying best solutions, and implementing the solutions in a repeatable fashion that integrates well within the implementation flow

●  Generate the required documentation and contribute to the validation and debugging of the fabricated silicon

●  Meet strict quality and schedule requirements

Job Requirements

●  B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

●  0-4 Years of experience in Mixed-Signal IC design

●  Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems

●  Awareness of EDA tools such as Cadence flow

●  Good understanding to solid state circuits fundamentals

●  Understanding of RF blocks design fundamentals and PLL designs is a plus
