Responsibilities: – Develop and maintain Conversational Management System – Design Conversational UI interface – Integrate with machine learning modules – Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from PMs, operators and other engineers
Tech requirements: – Experience with python, flask, Mongo/Mongoose – Machine learning/NLP experience: Word Embeddings/Transfer Learning/Conversational Dialog Machine learning toolkit: pytorch, python, tensorflow, fastai – Love coding and learning technology

* Natural language processing (“NLP”) , specifically able to understand mixed Cantonese, English and 7 other Asian languages * Speech enabled, able to understand Cantonese, Simplified Chinese and English * Platform agnostic: deploy on your website, native app or Facebook Messenger, LINE, WeChat * Complements your customer support team by handling repeated enquiries, and let your team focus on assisting high-value clients * Pre-trained with proprietary data set for plug-and-play use cases, including customer service, personal financial management, appointment booking and more to come * Input will be used to train the model, powered by machine learning * Easy to export message history for compliance and audit purposes
