Job Overview

SUMMARY OF POSITION: ~ Lead Can Tho branch Sales operations functionally and administratively to meet the business objectives agreed for the period of time in a highly compliance and very cost effective manner.

Job Responsibilities

– To meet and exceed revenue expectations in line with yearly budgets on monthly basis

– To build passionate team to drive results with rigor

– To Proactively forecast  and achieve for M+2 (current month + next 2 months)

– To plan tactical marketing campaigns for quick wins in the  market

– Budget adherence on all key spends

– To increase and revamp the network to present us strongly in market

– Develop retail channel for implement business (Rotavators, balers etc.)

– Relationship management with Agribank, Channel partners and other key stakeholders

– To simplify Processes and ensure adherence and  Compliance across teams in branch

– To conduct weekly/monthly reviews with sales team and other functional teams

– Effective Inventory management-“ No ageing” & receivable management –“No Overdue”

– To Collaborate with all teams to achieve highest level of Customer satisfaction

Requirement

ROLE ESSENTIALS

– Bachelors or Graduate degree

– Critical Problem solving skills

– Highly Compliant to Processes & company policies

– Pro-active planning skills

– Good communication skills ~ Excellent spoken and written English

– Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to multi-task

– Attention to detail in composing, editing, and publishing materials

– Team building and management –treating people with dignity & respect

– Extensive travel to provinces (at least 4-5 days a week)

– Computer literacy is must on word, excel, power point & Outlook

 

ROLE DESIRABLES

– 5-7 years of experience in marketing and / or sales in to Tractors, Harvesters & implements

– Familiarity with the landscape of Mekong Delta will be added advantage

– Experience in managing the cross functional teams like Sales, Service, parts

– Knowledge about basics of financials

– We would need someone from the Agrimachinery/Agricultural background with willingness to travel extensively based in Can Tho

REPORTING STRUCTURE ~ Reporting to Business Director, TIVCL.

Interview information: will be having 2 rounds in Vietnam( Face to face) preferably in English & last telephonic/Video call with HR in Mumbai
