Job Overview

SUMMARY OF POSITION: to lead service team functionally and administratively to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction & meet the business objectives agreed for the period of time in a highly compliance-cost effective manner.

Job Responsibilities

– To lead the service team in Can Tho & Selected Key accounts

– An Expert who can work on Electronic Components of European Tractors & Harvesters

– To monitor daily jobs in workshop and on field for “First time right approach”

– To develop team on technical  proficiencies

– To ensure machine files are updated at regular intervals for each machine

– To ensure weekly, monthly PDI’s on stock units of Tractors, harvester & implements

– To ensure timeliness to reports e.g. technical reports, failure analysis, monthly reports etc.

– To simplify Processes and ensure adherence and  Compliance across teams in branch

– To conduct weekly/monthly reviews with service team for better co-ordination

– To collaborate with all teams to achieve highest level of Customer satisfaction

Requirement

ROLE ESSENTIALS

– Bachelors or Graduate degree-in Technical discipline

– Critical Problem solving skills

– Highly Compliant to Processes & company policies

– Pro-active planning skills

– Good communication skills ~ basic spoken and written English is desirable

– Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to multi-task

– Attention to detail in composing, editing, and publishing materials

– Team building and management –treating people with dignity & respect

– Willingness to extensive travel to provinces

– Computer literacy is must on word, excel, power point & Outlook

ROLE DESIRABLES

– 5-7 years of experience in managing service function and teams in to Tractors, Harvesters & implements

– Familiarity with the landscape of Mekong Delta will be added advantage

– Experience in dealing & managing the cross functional teams like Sales, and parts

REPORTING STRUCTURE ~ Reporting to Service Manager, TIVCL.

Interviews information: will be having 2 rounds in Vietnam( Face to face) preferably in English & last telephonic/Video call with HR in Mumbai
